He’s proven he can navigate any market, having lived and worked throughout the northern, northwest, western, and southern suburbs of Chicagoland—from Waukegan to Frankfort. In addition to residential sales, Dale brings firsthand experience in new construction, both assisting clients and building two homes of his own.

As a World Karate Champion, instructor, and USA team coach, Dale has honed mental toughness, focus, and the ability to motivate others—skills he seamlessly applies to real estate. As a Firefighter and Lieutenant, he’s no stranger to high-pressure situations, quick decision-making, and unwavering integrity. Combined with over a decade of experience in sales and negotiation, Dale offers clients a high-performance mindset, service-driven dedication, and results-oriented strategy that few can match.

Originally from Oak Park, Dale grew up in Hoffman Estates, later lived in Bartlett and Palatine, and now calls South Elgin home. He treasures time with his family, often serving as the “glue” that keeps everyone connected—finding any excuse to celebrate together, no matter how small. Dale believes family extends far beyond blood and carries that belief into the relationships he builds with clients, friends, and his community.

While his martial arts background might suggest a tough exterior, Dale’s heart is all in. Whether it's hosting tea parties with his nieces, going on adventures with his nephew, or helping someone overcome a personal challenge—he leads with compassion and loyalty.

He also has a deep commitment to giving back. From organizing a karate kick-a-thon against cancer, to running the Chicago Marathon for first responders, to supporting the fight against cystic fibrosis, Dale gives his time and energy generously. Most recently, he became an Officer with the Knights of Columbus, serving as their Health/Safety lead.
