After raising 5 kids, Denise realized her gift for multi-tasking and ability to wear many hats (now professionally) with ease. She went back to school to finish her degree in teaching.  She then decided to change directions and study business law instead, where found that she had a love for contracts and details. 

Why Real Estate? Years prior, she assisted her mother in selling her house after her father passed away unexpectedly.  This was followed by a very bad experience with her first new home purchase, which led her a career in Real Estate. It was then she realized she could use both her love for contracts and law as well as her natural multi-tasking ability to help others. 

Denise quickly found that it was so much more than a career choice, the investment in her clients became almost a ministry if you will, to help others have a better experience in making lifelong decisions.  She wanted a career she could be proud of, and real estate filled that space. 

Since 2008, It has been so much more than a job or career that she hoped for. She has stayed connected and watched families grow, babies be born, parents turn into grandparents. Denise has been able to use her seasoned skills to help so many along the journey. 

Denise’s client list and friends & family list are now almost one in the same. She loves sharing the stories of the right time, the right place and the right team bringing everything together.

When she’s not out serving buyers and sellers to make their real estate dreams a reality, you can find Denise spending time with her husband of 25 years camping, boating, or volunteering at her church.  Or her most favorite past time, spending time with her 7 grandchildren.
