Dilane is a powerhouse multi-preneur whose energy, experience, and heart for service make her an incredible addition to our team.
Licensed in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida, Dilane has been serving clients in real estate since 2011 and proudly earned her Managing Broker license in March of 2025. She holds several prestigious designations, including SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) — credentials that reflect both her expertise and her commitment to guiding clients through every type of market and life transition.
Dilane specializes primarily in the South Suburbs of Chicago, while also serving clients in the City of Chicago. Her clients consistently say the same thing: she communicates, she follows through, and she truly takes care of them.
Known for her straight-talk approach, big-vision thinking, and genuine compassion, Dilane champions seniors, first-time buyers, and families who want clarity, confidence, and a trusted guide by their side. With a professional background in long-term care and leadership, she brings a rare blend of empathy and strategy — making even the most complicated decisions feel simple, manageable, and empowering.
In addition to her real estate career, Dilane serves as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, where she pours her heart into caring for seniors every single day. That experience shapes the way she serves her clients — with patience, dignity, and deep respect for life’s transitions.
Beyond business, Dilane is a devoted wife, proud mother of four grown children, and a joyful grandmother to 14 beautiful grandchildren — plus three beloved fur babies. She treasures family time, loves crafting, enjoys volunteering whenever she can, and (as many may not know!) truly loves to have fun with the people she loves most.
She’s also a coach, mentor, and community builder who empowers women, builds businesses, and inspires others to step boldly into their next chapter.
