Monica Osipoff grew up in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago and made the move to New Lenox about six years ago, where she now proudly calls home. Four years ago, inspired by her husband’s career and her desire to reenter the workforce after years as a stay-at-home mom, Monica earned her real estate license—and hasn’t looked back since.

Before real estate, Monica worked as a medical assistant for 10 years, a role that helped her develop the patience, compassion, and attention to detail she brings to every client interaction. As her children, PJ and Kaley, started school full time, Monica knew it was time for something new. She began by assisting her husband, a full-time Realtor, and quickly realized that real estate was a perfect fit for her skillset and lifestyle.

Monica is known for her constant availability and strong communication. Whether it’s providing advice, talking things through, helping rearrange furniture, or even pitching in with moving day tasks, Monica shows up for her clients. Many of those clients quickly become lifelong friends because they know she truly cares.

She loves working in the communities she knows best—New Lenox, Mokena, Frankfort, and Manhattan—offering deep local knowledge and a personal touch. When she’s not helping clients or showing homes, you’ll find Monica spending time with her kids, likely at a sporting event or off on their favorite annual trip to the Wisconsin Dells. When she gets a quiet moment, she enjoys a glass of wine or sneaks off to the casino for a little fun and relaxation.
