In addition to her real estate expertise, Stacey brings a wealth of experience as a licensed Notary for the past 12 years. She has played a pivotal role in converting numerous first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the intricate process of property acquisition with her in-depth knowledge and personalized approach.

Stacey is a Certified Staging Consultant, reflecting her commitment to enhancing the aesthetic appeal of homes. Her educational background includes studies in Interior Design and Architecture at Columbia College Chicago, accumulating over 25 years of knowledge in these fields. This solid foundation has undoubtedly contributed to her success in the real estate and property development sectors.

Beyond her professional achievements, Stacey has over a decade of experience in property management and has served as a Condo Association Manager for more than 10 years. Her diverse skill set also extends to her expertise as a homestyle baker specializing in old-fashioned cakes and cookies. Her signature Sour Cream Pound Cake and Butter Cookies are a testament to her culinary prowess.

Stacey's love for real estate is deeply rooted in her passion for Chicago architecture. As a proud owner of an authentic Chicago Bungalow, she is an active member of the Chicago Bungalow Association. Her genuine enthusiasm for the city's architecture is evident in her work and commitment to preserving its unique heritage.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Stacey is deeply involved in volunteer work at her church, Apostolic Faith Church. She contributes to various committees, including media, lighting for broadcasts, the bookstore, reception committee, beautification, and culinary. Stacey earned her real estate license in February 2009, a challenging period marked by the great housing crisis, foreclosures, and mishandled loan products.
